The brief
What if a city was more than just a setting? When I travel, I try to capture it as a character in its own story.
A personal project exploring London through a series of visual postcards. The idea was to capture the city's atmosphere without imposing a narrative, allowing its streets, architecture and everyday moments to speak for themselves.
the approach
Still frames, moving stories.
Using a static camera, I focused on observing the city as it unfolded naturally within the frame. Each shot became a self-contained postcard, capturing the subtle movements and contrasts of urban life. The project also served as an exercise in colour grading, exploring how colour, contrast and tone could shape the atmosphere of each scene and create a cohesive visual identity.
